    Robert Hilborn passed away early yesterday morning, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

    He will be greatly missed by his family, his friends, his business associates and the people of Darcor Limited. Throughout a successful career at Darcor that spanned more than 35 years, Robert established himself as an industry visionary, a great CEO, a tough competitor, and a mentor and advisor to countless Darcor employees.

    Bob was a true innovator with a passion for business and product development. He was committed to the long term continued success of Darcor, Darcor people, Darcor customers and Darcor suppliers.

    Bob’s son Rob has been President of the Company for more than a decade. Rob looks forward to continuing to lead the business in the traditions established by he and his father.

    Throughout his life, Bob was also dedicated to his family and his community.
