Darcor casters are properly engineered to reduce the amount
of physical force necessary to move objects such as steel
coils, heavy machinery, large subassemblies, revolving
restaurants or anything else mounted atop our casters.
At trade shows, Darcor demonstrates its ergonomic superiority
with our one-ton push test. A person is invited to push
two identical carts filled with one ton of material. The
first cart is nearly impossible to move, as it sports
regular casters from a competitor. The second cart, equipped
with ergonomically designed casters from Darcor, rolls
so easily, a nine-year-old can push it without difficulty.
The secret is in the precision engineering of the finest
materials
to the tightest of tolerances, producing the famous smooth
ride with the least possible physical effort. Darcor incorporates
a wide variety of bearings to enhance performance in all
applications.
Darcor constructs caster assemblies with the emphasis
on the least swiveling resistance possible, and durability
and adaptability in the many environments they come in
contact with. Darcor also offers more ways of attaching
casters to equipment for easy installation.
Our standard line of heavy-duty casters includes rigid
and swivel rigs with dual 16 X 5" polyurethane wheels
and spring-loaded casters capable of carrying a 4500 kg
load. Our engineering team can customize a caster to suit
any extreme applications.
