Customer Service
Our customer service personnel are experienced caster experts. They can answer any questions about specifications, pricing, delivery information or any of our products. Darcor's engineers are also available to discuss those challenges that are out of the ordinary.

Guarantee
Every Darcor product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Any product found defective in these areas within this timeframe will be repaired or replaced, free of charge.

Should unique circumstances require it, special warranties can be negotiated.
