CAD & WEBINAR USAGE CONDITIONS
I. Usage Limitations
All CAD & Webinar data files provided shall remain the property of Darcor Limited. All data files shall solely be used for the company that has registered the username. It is explicitly forbidden to pass on data files to any third party without the prior written consent of Darcor Limited. The following penalty shall apply if a company commits an offense against the ban of distribution of data files. A penalty in excess of $500 will be assessed for every offense.
II. Dimensional Accuracy
We cannot guarantee the correctness of any CAD data provided. Dimensional tolerances may occur with respect to certain products and are subject to construction design. In case of doubt, please contact Darcor Limited's Customer Service Department at 1-800-387-7206.
III. Changes
The CAD data transmitted are not subject to any update service. Darcor Limited reserves the right to make changes at any time. In case of technical changes, the customer shall be responsible for downloading a new file from Darcor's website at www.darcor.com.
IV. Information Usage
All CAD & Webinar data file requests are recorded. Darcor may use this information for customer service purposes. Customer information will not be transmitted or sold on to companies that are not part of Darcor.
V. Jurisdiction
It is agreed that any disputes arising from this contractual relationship shall be exclusively governed according to the laws of the Province of Ontario and will be brought forward to the appropriate courts in Ontario.
