(100 to 270 kg) per caster 3/8" (9.5 mm) Axle 9/16" (14.3 mm) Rivet Available with brake and directional locks Wheel materials: Neoprene, Solid Elastomer (SE), Urethane, Semi-Steel and V-Grooved Applications This workhorse gives outstanding mobility to all carts and dollies throughout assembly areas. When equipped with the Darcor Neoprene wheel, this caster is ideal for dirty environments and withstands the harshest chemicals.

Applications When equipped with Neoprene or Solid Elastomer (SE) wheels and sealed, precision bearings, this caster is virtually noise-free and is used where Ergonomics are critical.

Often used for tooling carts, die carts and movement of large, heavy parts and assemblies. An excellent solution for interfacility transfer of materials and finished assemblies.

	WHEEL MATERIALS
	The Neoprene Wheel Ideal for most applications, the neoprene wheel is quiet and easy to roll over all surfaces, including carpet and rough concrete. It will not mark or stain those surfaces, is virtually cut-proof and resists a wide range of chemicals and cleaning compounds. Its effortless swiveling and smooth ride have redefined the function of the caster in material-handling applications.
	The Solid Elastomer (SE) Wheel The Darcor Solid Elastomer Wheel is the industry leader in applications demanding the lowest rolling resistance for heavier loads. It requires only 20 lb. (92 Newtons) of force to move a one-ton (1000 kg) load and only 10 lb. (46 Newtons) to keep it moving. The SE Wheel provides excellent shock-absorption properties, wears like iron and is able to withstand harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures. The first problem-solver of its kind - often imitated, never duplicated.

LE	Problem-Solving Wheel Materials LE A custom-designed problem-solver that will outperform conventional urethanes. The LE is highly resistant to chemicals, has long life and will provide a smooth ride. The resiliency of this material makes it suitable for any floor surface. The strong, glass-reinforced nylon core also makes this wheel suitable for wet applications. The standard sealed precision bearings provide maintenance-free reliability. This material can be supplied in different durometers to best match your application.
SX	SX With all the properties of our pioneering Solid Elastomer (SE) wheel, the SX takes a higher load and will provide reduced swiveling and rolling forces for the most demanding applications.
