RESILIENCY
The amount of spring or bounce in a wheel and the resulting effect on rolling resistance.

RIGID CASTER
A basic caster unit which does not swivel.

ROLLING RESISTANCE
The amount of effort required to move a load, usually measured in pounds of force.

RIG
Refers to a caster assembly without a wheel. The Rig consists of a top plate, yoke, axel, and swivel assembly (if necessary).
